Nineteenth year, ninth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes and the yearly report were read and approved.
New business:
It was decided that the record examination by the trustees remain open until next meeting as the records are entirely accurate. The bank log was handed to the trustees. Also, it was decided that the secretary shall subtract the money in Ritzingers Banc from the treasury balance. The president appointed this year’s illness committee: Herman Stienecke will be in charge of the South division, Henry Hohlt will be in charge of the West division and Wm. E. Emrich in charge of the North division. It was decided that, from now on, only bills issued by the Gardeners Society will be accepted. It was agreed to suspend the park committee.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
