Der Verein machte ein Reinen Gewinn dieses Jahr nähmlich
$200 00 wurden auf mehr auf Grund Eigenthum gethan und $400 73. Cent Macht zusammen $600 73 Der Verein hat Geld Ausgeborgt. auf 6 pro Cent Noten

After subtracting $799 85 from $1, 008.90 the treasury balance remaining is $209 05.
Actually, there are additional $179 05 in the contributions, namely $155 00 interest and $24 05 rent from Friederich Niemeier. Since we were not able to receive the money we had to put it in back into the basic capital so we count the $179 05 as pure profit.
Two new members joined the society this year, one member left out of his own free will and one was expelled so the membership is 57 men.
In this year, quarterly dues were collected only three times.
The society made a pure profit as follows: $200 00 were added to the basic capital and
additional $400 73. This makes a total of $600 73. The society loaned out $3, 975 thaler on 6%
interest bills, it owns $1, 600 thaler in basic capital and $300 00 in personal property. The cash in the treasury is $209 05. It all amounts to a total of $6, 084.05.
There are twelve thaler interest overdue for the year 1895

Twenty-ninth year, eighth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes and the yearly report were read and approved.
New business:
The old illness committee was suspended and the following new officers were appointed by the president: William H. Hohlt in charge of the North district, Julius Neumarker in charge of the West district and Friedrich Pieper in charge of the South district. Also, the president appointed a new marked committee: August Wacker, William Buscher and Friedrich Stickan.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
