THE PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE FOR SEMESTER I 2019/2020

FOR ITB STUDENTS INTAKE YEAR 2018 AND PRIOR
I. PAYMENT METHODS
Tuition fee payment for Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral for Semester II 2018/2019 must be made before August 3rd, 2019. If the tuition fee for Semester II 2018/2019 remains unpaid after the date, students will not be able to do the online registration for Semester I 2019/2020.
Tuition fee payment for Semester I 2019/2020 must be made before August 14th, 2019. If the tuition fee for Semester I 2019/2020 remains unpaid after the date, students will not be able to print Student Registration Card.
Payment can be made at Bank Teller, ATM and Internet Banking.

For students who take 0 credit for semester, only 50% of the tuition fee must pe paid.
II.B. SBM Tariffs:
SBM students must follow tariffs announced by SBM Office.
III. GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Deferment of tuition fee payment for Undergraduate Program students must be approved by Head of Lembaga Kemahasiswaan (LK) and submitted before August 14th, 2019 (office hours).
Deferment of tuition fee payment for Graduate Program students must be approved by Dean of Sekolah Pascasarjana and submitted before August 14th, 2019 (office hours).
2. Students who have finished their Final Project/Thesis/Dissertation on August 19th, 2019 and are waiting only for Council statement of their study completion will only be charged for Rp. 250.000,- (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs) registration fee and must submit proof of completion letter of studies to financial administration office.
3. Undergraduate students who are finishing their Final Project and take 0 credit only have to pay 25% of the tariff.
4. Master and Doctoral students who are finishing their Thesis/Dissertation and take 0 credit only have to pay 50% of the tariff.
