The results of student performance in CLO in all courses are combined according to the formulation in Figure 3.1. Students' ILOs are calculated using the CLO and its associated assessment score. The plan is given to the students as a teaching contract at the beginning of the lesson. The system automatically sets the student score to "B" for the teacher's late submission.
The student must take part in the colloquium and the final exam if he/she meets the minimum class attendance. The proof must be sent no later than 7 (seven) days after the examination of the subject in question, except in case of force majeure. Field mentors evaluate KKN student activities with an assessment component of student skills: attitude, time management, communication, teamwork, problem solving using learned scientific knowledge, and building relationships. Achieving these aspects is an integral part of the designed learning objectives of the study program. in ILO 7 and 8.
The final score of KKN students from field supervisors is then entered into the value portal via the academic section of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UB. In addition, the department appoints (based on the training request) a teacher who guides the student from the preparation process to the end of the PKL implementation. Achieving these aspects is part of the learning objectives of the study program as formulated in ILO 7 and 8.
The students must present and defend the thesis before the board of examiners. All implementations of these stages are regulated in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Mathematics Department (https://matematika.ub.ac.id/s1-matematika/en/sop/). There is also an obligation for the students to make a declaration at the beginning of the final project paper that the results of their research are not plagiarized.
