PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH DAN INVESTASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI PADA KAB/KOTA
DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengeluaran pemerintah dan investasi.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan sampel yang di pilih adalah 26 Kabupaten/Kota di provinsi Jawa Barat. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dari Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mendeskripsikan data dan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebesar 8,7% pengeluaran pemerintah dan investasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara parsial, pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

THE EFFECT OF GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURES AND INVESTMENTS ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN DISTRICTS/CITIES

ABSTRACT
This study is based on the influence of government spending and investment on economic growth. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth, while the independent variables in this study are government expenditure and investment.
The population in this study is District / City in West Java Province. The sample technique uses purposive sampling, and the selected sample is 26 district / cities in the province of West Java. Data obtained in this study from the Budget Realization Report of West Java Province. Data were analyzed using multiple regression to describe the data and to test the proposed hypothesis
The results of this study indicate that government spending and investment contribute 8.7% to economic growth. Partially, government spending has a positive significant effect while investment does not have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, government spending and investment have an effect on economic growth.
