PTSD is a situation where the sufferers experience stress due to their terrible old memories. This condition can last for months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma accompanied by emotional and physical reactions.

1. As far as I know, someone with PTSD may experience some illness mentally or physically.
One of the symptoms is someone can experience bad dreams frequently.
2. Accidents that happened in the past and people can’t forget it and it is stuck in their memory.
For example, a scary natural disaster.
3. In my opinion, it can be a treatment like the other mental health illness like consultation.

1. The symptoms of PTSD fall into four groups.
They are Intrusion (flashbacks where you feel like relive the event over and over again, vivid, unpleasant memories of the event, frequent nightmares about the event, intense mental or physical distress when you think about the event), Avoidance (avoiding people, places, or situations that remind you about the event), Arousal and reactivity (trouble concentrating, startling easily, exaggerated response when you startled, a constant feeling of being on edge, irritability, and bouts of anger), Cognition and mood (negative thought about yourself, distorted feelings of guilt, worry, or blame, trouble
remembering important parts of the event, reduced interest in activity that you ever loved).
2. Military combat, physical/sexual assault or abuse, natural disaster, and an accident.
3. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This therapy is also known as talk therapy. This therapy is encourages you to process the traumatic event and change your negative thinking. The second one is exposure therapy. In the exposure therapy, you re-experience
elements of the trauma in a safe environment.
This therapy can help desensitize you to the event and reduce the symptoms. The last one is using antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, and sleep aids to relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety.

depression and panic attacks. The panic attacks symptoms can cause: fainting, dizziness, agitation, etc.

PTSD can happen to anyone at any age. If you have terrible old memories and you have the symptoms, you need to take care of yourself and start to get a treatment, pay more attention to it. PTSD can be dangerous and will stay with you for a long time. Always keep in mind that you are not alone.
