In the field of healthcare, system dynamics modeling is often used to model and analyze healthcare system problems. The use of system dynamics in the field of healthcare can be seen in Subyan et.
Concept of System Dynamics Modeling Approach
Since the health care system is a complex system, this system dynamics modeling method can be used to study and better understand the health care system. As a modeling method, system dynamics can be used to reveal the structure of a complex healthcare system and understand its behavior.
Problems That Appropriate Using System Dynamics
Some examples of the use of dynamic system applications for modeling disease in the body can be seen in Subyan et. This article provides a brief overview of the applications of system dynamics modeling in healthcare that are currently widely used.

The results of the study, the level of drug compliance for tuberculosis patients at Ciamis District General Hospital experienced an increase before and after the booklet was given, this can be seen from the percentage increase in compliance levels from 17.5% to 65%.
Material and Methodes
- Questionnaire Scoring Method
So the possibility of the influence of these things affects the number of female patients more than male patients, another possibility is that the percentage of female patients may occur more than men due to the condition of men who prefer to work rather than to conditions to check his health. Data collection by means of questionnaires is very dependent on the honesty of the research subjects (respondents) so that the data obtained does not necessarily describe the actual reality.
Conclusion
It was concluded that there was a significant change in the degree of compliance of tuberculosis patients at Ciamis Hospital before and after providing education through booklets. This is in line with the Panjaitan study (2014) that there was a significant increase in patients' actions before and after receiving health education about pulmonary TB.
Acknowledgement
This suggests that the information in the booklet is useful for adherence to medication in TB patients.

Based on the table above, it can be seen that the significant column (sig) of the pain level before the test was 0.002, and the significant column (sig) of the pain level after the test was 0.049. Since the significance value was less than ɑ, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that lavender aromatherapy had a significant effect on reducing the intensity of pain among caesarean section patients at the Walet Department of the District Cideres General Hospital in 2018.

The results of the mean difference test in Table 4.4 show a significant increase before and after treatment in the puzzle group (p < 0.001). The results of the analysis in Table 4.4 show that the soft skills of students in the jigsaw puzzle group showed highly significant differences before and after treatment (p < 0.001). Based on the results of the observations made, increasing soft skills in the conventional group is not optimal.
Improving soft skills in jigsaw learning method is better than conventional learning methods. Based on table 4.6, the results of the difference in the increase of meaningful soft skills of students in the jigsaw group and the conventional group in community midwifery care courses are shown (p < 0.05). The increase in soft skills in the jigsaw group was 2.7 times compared to the conventional group in community midwifery care courses.
