Meeting the child's needs for food and drink Table 4 Multiple linear regression of the influence of the factor of dependence on parents corresponding to the ability to manage when dealing with the emergence of eating disorders. Correlation between dependent parenting behavior and leadership ability in addressing the emergence of eating disorders. In addition, it is hypothesized that dependence on parents to solve the child's problem has a positive effect on leadership ability in dealing with the emergence of eating disorders (z β = 0.211, p = 0.001 < 0.05).
Furthermore, parental dependence behavior to meet children's needs for food and drink also positively affected leadership ability (with β = 0.134, p = 0.047 < 0.05). Parental dependence behavior to meet children's need for food and drink would make children feel so happy and satisfied when all.

The Influence of Gong Waning Music Therapy toward Anxiety in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
The influence of Gong-reducing music therapy on anxiety in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Ode Irman: The influence of Gong-reducing music therapy on anxiety in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Based on the issues discussed in earlier, the researcher was interested in conducting a study on the influence of Gong Waning's music therapy on ACS patients.
The study aimed to analyze the influence of decreasing music therapy on anxiety in patients with acute coronary syndrome in the regional public hospital of Dr. Ode Irman: The influence of decreasing music therapy on anxiety in patients with acute coronary syndrome Table 3 Influence of decreasing music therapy on anxiety in patients with ACS (paired t-rest) (n=32). In other words, there was an influence of decreasing music therapy on the anxiety of ACS patients.
Thus, it can be concluded that the provision of gong-falling music therapy had a significant effect on ACS patients. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the anxiety score decreased by 1.50 on the first day of music therapy with the gong falling. This study will surely add to the treasure trove of scientific research on the impact of traditional music therapy on reducing anxiety.

Factors Related to the Low Nutritional Status among Tuberculosis Patients
This situation affects the nutritional status of a person which affects the body's endurance (Lazulfa et al., 2016). This study aims to determine factors associated with the low nutritional status of tuberculosis patients. The finding factors may lead to apply proper treatment for tuberculosis patients with low nutritional status.
While the most important factor related to the low nutritional status among tuberculosis patients in Malang City to identify binary logistic regression because the data was not normally distributed. Most participants who have a low nutritional status in the category of moderate malnutrition are educated participants (100%). Furthermore, 84.2% of participants who abstained from certain foods experienced low nutritional status in the severe category.
The results also showed that gender was not associated with low nutritional status in TB patients. Another study showed that familiarity with the family was not associated with poor nutrition in patients with tuberculosis. In addition, the results showed that occupational status was associated with low nutritional status in TB patients.
Tuberculosis patients with unemployment are 1.286 times more likely to have low nutritional status. The occupational status is highly related to nutritional intake and family attention to treating TB patients.
Comparison of Four-Level Modification Triage with Five Level Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Triage Based on Level of Accuracy and Time Triase
The research instrument used the observational format of the level accuracy and time triage of the ATS modification triage and the ESI triage format. Based on the above table, it is known that the ESI triage is more expected than the overtriage and undertriage categories compared to the triage of the four stages of the ATS modification. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the use of four levels of modified ATS triage with five levels of ESI triage showed no significant difference in both accuracy and length of triage.
ESI triage takes an average of 2 minutes 27 seconds, while triaging the four stages of the ATS modification 3 minutes 3 seconds. Based on the time difference in the above triage period, it is known that the use of ESI triage is faster than the triage of the four stages of the ATS modification. In terms of accuracy, the two triage rates of the ATS and ESI modifications were not significantly different.
In under triage and expected triage categories, ESI triage is superior to the triage of four ATS modification levels. This shows that ESI triage gives more appropriate triage decisions compared to triage four levels of ATS modification. However, based on the distribution of data, it can be concluded that the level of accuracy in the ESI triage leads to a greater expected triage and a smaller under triage than a triage of four levels of ATS modification.
Based on the results of the study states that there is a tendency to use five levels of ESI triage.
Demonstration and Audio-Visual Methods for Improving Knowledge, Attitude and Skills of Breast Care among Pregnant Women
Demonstration and audiovisual methods for improving knowledge, attitude and skills of breast care among pregnant women. To prevent this, it is necessary to do health education regarding breast care for pregnant women. Similarly, if health education about breast care is carried out through demonstration for pregnant women, they will.
The treatment group received an intervention of health education about breast care through demonstration technique. Meanwhile, health education about breast care was given to the control group by watching videos. In the second week, the treatment for the intervention group was carried out in the form of health education about breast care using demonstration methods.
It is an indication that breast care health education effectively improves pregnant women's knowledge, attitude and skills about breast care. Wirda Hayati: Demonstration and audiovisual methods for improving knowledge, attitude and skills. The research results indicated that there was a significant difference or a significant increase in the scores of knowledge, attitude and skills before and after health education about breast care during pregnancy, both by demonstration and video.
However, knowledge, attitude and skill scores were higher after breast health education with the demonstration method.
Nurses’ Reflections on Challenges and Barriers of Communication in The Intensive Care Unit: A Phenomenology Study
- Theme 1: Nurses’ dilemma of their professionalism and personal issues/
- Contextual factor affects selection of nurses’ communication technique
- Theme 3: Barriers in effective communication
- Theme 4: Compassion and patience are required in nurse-patient communication
Nurses' reflections on challenges and barriers to communication in the intensive care unit: a phenomenology study. The study conducted in ICU by Azoulay et al. 2000) which aims to identify factors related to the family understanding level of the condition of the patients treated in the ICU. This study aimed to explore nurses' experiences in the intensive care units in effective communication with patients/.
Credibility means that the researcher has verified the informant to ensure the accuracy of the data in the interview. On the other hand, patients' physical conditions, including fatigue and psychological problems or oppression due to the situation of healthcare services in the intensive care unit, both directly and indirectly affected their performance in communicating with patients and patients' families . In short, the age and education factors of the patients' families in the ICU influence the way nurses use communication techniques with them.
Limitations expressed by nurses include difficulty accompanying families to accept critical patient conditions, ICU care and treatment procedures that were complicated, and nurse-patient-family misunderstandings. In addition, you must pay attention to the balance between the workload and the rest time of the nurses become important to improve the services in the intensive care unit, especially the quality of the communication between the nurse with the patient and the family. The themes were new insights into the research related to nursing care and patient communication in the ICU.
Training and assistance in effective communication in the intensive care unit can be the way to improve nurses' communication skills.
Relationship between Healthcare Provider’s Perception about Patient Safety and Patient Safety Implementation in The Emergency Department
Relationship between healthcare provider perception about patient safety and patient safety implementation in the emergency department. The analysis showed that no significant relationship between teamwork and implementation of patient safety with p-value. This is in line with several studies that Manser (2009) revealed that teamwork can ensure patient safety in emergency department service.
This current study also highlighted a significant association between communication and patient safety implementation with a p value = 0.005. The results also showed a significant relationship between knowledge and patient safety when using the concept of patient safety with a p-value = 0.005. The results also obtained a significant association between ED staff perceptions of patient safety and patient safety implementation with a p-value.
Consistent with the results of Aboshaiqah and Baker's (2013) research at Saudi Arabian hospitals that stated that more than half of healthcare workers (52%) showed support for the perception and implementation of patient safety. The results of the study generally show that there is a relationship between the perception of ED staff about patient safety and the implementation of patient safety in ED (RSD) Cirebon. ED staff support the perception of patient safety, but healthcare professionals are still found in the category of lacking in the application of patient safety.
Patient safety education and training using simulation methods can provide oversight in patient safety implementation.
