Professional ethics has the aim of enabling individual professionals to act in a morally desirable manner towards moral commitment and responsible behavior.
Knowledge:
Able to understand about personality (ethics and moral, ethical code and professionalism, implementation of profession ethical codes in a given institution) in everyday life in self-development. Then able to understand intelligence, personality, communication and empathy related to professional ethics.
Skills:
Cognitive – Able to understand personality and good ethics in professional life in self-development.
Psychomotor - Able to communicate well and discusses profession standardization and profession organization/association (national and international levels).
Competences:
Students have knowledge and skill to demonstrate and build personal branding as a career guide going forward.

1. Introduction to Personality (Definition of personality, factors that influence the formation of personality, understanding of personal development)
2. Morals and Ethics (Understanding ethics, morals, and morals;
conceptions of values, norms and customs; moral and ethical urgency in life)
3. Norms and Ethics in Life (Human relationship with God; personal life; family and community environment)
4. Ethics in Science and Technology Development (The impact of technological developments on ethics, ethics in research, plagiarism)
5. Occupation, Profession, Professionalism, and Professional Code of Ethics (Professional and his needs; occupations and professions;
profession and professionals; measure professionalism;
professional code of ethics and moral responsibility)
6. Personality to Support Success (seven habits) (Motivation;
commitment; character; responsible tagging; discipline; positive believing; seven habits)
7. Communication and Self-Disclosure (Definition of communication; verbal and nonverbal communication; variables that affect the effectiveness of communication)
8. Mid-semester exam (Student to exam)
9. Interpersonal Communication (Definition of interpersonal communication; variables that affect interpersonal communication; fostering interpersonal relationships with superiors, colleagues, and business relations)
