Technique of Collecting Data
In this research, the observation was applied to find out from the Social learning strategies in teaching speak of PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program at MTsN Ponorogo in academic year b) In depth interview. In this research, it included photos of the implementation of social learning strategies in teaching speaking of PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program at MTsN Ponorogo, transcript of interview of teachers on the application of social learning strategies in the speaking class of PDCI (Peserta Didik) Cerdas Istimewa) program and its benefits for the teacher, transcript of interview of students on the benefits of using social learning strategies in teaching talk about PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program for them.

Therefore, this research attempts to determine what types of language learning strategies are used in a bilingual program. In addition, the purpose of this study is more specific and deals with social learning strategies in the speaking class of the PDCI program.

The students become more independent in understanding, finding and solving the problems in their learning process.
Conclusion
The benefits of using social learning strategies in teaching talk about PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program can be seen from two points of view, teacher and students. From the teacher's point of view, the teacher feels very relieved in learning the speaking process. Furthermore, in providing the material, the teacher will only serve as an identifier for the material.
Furthermore, from the students' point of view, the benefits of using social learning strategies when speaking about the PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program are that students become more independent both in learning and problem solving.
Suggestion
In addition, the teacher should be consistent in using social learning strategies in the speaking class until the next semester. They should not be afraid to make mistakes when speaking inside and outside the classroom. Ministry of MTsN Ponorogo should provide more infrastructures and media to support the use of social learning strategies in the speaking class of the PDCI program (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa).
This will make the teacher more diverse in the development of the material of the English subject, especially in the speaking class. In addition, the institution should hold regular meetings with the English teachers to discuss about the problems faced and to find out the solution, especially based in the speaking class of PDCI (Peserta Didik Cerdas Istimewa) program.
