Abstract
Semarang city is one of the metropolitan cities that has congestion problems. The existence of BRT Trans Semarang becoming an alternative to reduce city congestion problems. Besides the service performance of BRT Trans Semarang, the service quality is also important in considering the travel modes choice. Tangibles are assessed based on the condition of the facility, the existence of
information boards, the presence of officers, and the availability of information. Empathy is assessed based on the existence of accident insurance. Reliability is assessed based on service personnel.
Responsiveness is assessed based on officer responsiveness. Assurance is assessed based on the level of knowledge and politeness of the officers. The main purpose of this research is to assess the service quality of BRT Trans Semarang related to tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance

Abstract. Macroscopic flow modelling has been fundamentally used to characterize and predict the traffic flow parameters of a continuous road utilizing the analogy for one- dimensional fluid flow. In the Philippines, Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard is a major arterial road that links Manila City to various important cities in the Metropolis. Due to its noticeable deteriorating performance in addressing the increasing traffic flow demand, this work investigated the corridor capacity and characterized the key traffic elements along the major mid blocks using Greenshields model. It is assumed that road users behave uniformly and continuously distributed over the highway to choose a path to minimize their total travel time based on instantaneous traffic information. Investigation shows volume demands exceeding the design traffic capacities equivalent to 0.7429, 1.7959, 0.7226, and 1.4726 VCR ratios.
1. Introduction
The macroscopic flow of models that are currently used and further utilized today originated from the fundamental assumption that there is a degree of relationship among vehicle positions and their velocities [1]. Elementary principles of fluid motion for one-dimensional flow such as the equation of continuity and the equation of motion have been adapted to traffic modelling, arriving with the general equation
du
dk= −ckn−12 (1) where u = speed
k = density
c, n = arbitrary constants.
On the other hand, Greenshields [2], after assessment of recorded vehicle speeds and densities along a continuous road, conjectured that there is a linear relationship between the two traffic variables, shown as
u = uf[1 − k
kjam] (2) where uf = free-flow speed
kkam = jam density.

Abstract. One of the main directions of the feed manufacturing industry development is the improvement of the output product quality that ensures its efficacy in modern agricultural production. Some international experience in using the essential microelements in the form of nanopowders in the diets of farm animals has been gained. The article is devoted to the development and justification of a technical solution to the problem of dispensing ultrafine (nano) powders in the industrial production of combined feeds. The authors carried out theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of the conditions of functioning of industrial-technological equipment on the properties of several nanopowders of micro metals.
The parametric model of the proposed pneumatic dispenser of bulk nanomaterials allows taking into account various structural and technological changes in the dosing process during the preparation of feed mixtures. The author presents a methodology for calculating the oscillatory system of a pneumatic dispenser, including an annular membrane with fixed edges, based on the equivalent replacement of a system with distributed parameters (membrane) with a system with lumped parameters, which allows replacing the oscillatory model with a translational motion model. An engineering-mathematical model that describes forced membrane oscillations, the dispenser oscillation system and the behaviour of the ultrafine material in the working chamber was constructed on its basis. Practical implementation of the results made it possible to obtain a prototype of bulk ultrafine materials dispenser.
1. Introduction
The industrial production of mixed feed is an established industrial sector in the Russian Federation. In modern conditions, the production of mixed feeds is becoming an increasingly important link in the agro-industrial complex [1]. Qualitative and quantitative parameters of livestock production are largely determined by the efficiency of the technological processes of feed production organisation and innovative methods to improve their basic characteristics.
The development of the mixed feed industry and improving combined feeds quality is a prerequisite for the rapid and economically viable livestock production growth, as well as one of the main factors in agricultural production development [1]. The solution to the problem of increasing the efficiency of industrial production of combined feeds is becoming more relevant than ever.
The purpose of the study is to establish the possibilities and conditions for the use of ultrafine materials in a feed production line; development of a technical solution to the problem of dispensing ultrafine powders during feed preparation. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to develop a methodology for experimental studies of the influence of the operating conditions of technological

Abstract. Human resources are the most important part in achieving organisational goals and improving organisational performance, in completing its work human resources require an adequate working environment and compensation as a reward for providing maximum work results. 1. Introduction
Human resources are the most important part in achieving the goals of an organisation, both large and small organisations, as well as companies as an organisation [4]. Equipment owned by organisations or companies with various levels of technology will be meaningless if not handled properly by appropriate human resources [3]. Human resources are an important element in improving the performance of an organisation [5], [24]. Every leader needs to ensure that every employee who works in their organisation has a high commitment toward his work and provides the best work results for the achievement of organisational goals [12]. It is easier for management to influence the work performance of production equipment because production equipment will work according to instructions and manuals, production equipment also does not require compensation or additional incentives to spur its work performance, but human resources require a combination of various factors both physical and psychologically to increased their work performance [18]. The purpose of this study is to look at the model of the relationship between compensation and work environment toward employee performance.
Research conducted by Akter & Husain on the garment industry in Bangladesh concluded that the provision of appropriate compensation has a positive impact on the work performance of employees [2]. Darma & Supriyanto, in their research at one of the telecommunication company in Indonesia, concluded that the provision of appropriate compensation could play an important role in improving employee performance and job satisfaction [7]. Regarding the impact of a supportive work environment, Malik et al. who conducted a study of 115 employees in telecommunication companies in Pakistan concluded that management could improve the work performance of employees by providing a conducive work environment [13]. In line with Malik et al., a study conducted by Samson
