Appendix 2. Blueprint of the Questionnaire
The questionnaire is adapted from the model of the questionnaire used in the study conducted by Rahman (2020), regarding Learning Amid Crisis: EFL Students’ Perception on Online Learning During Covid-19 Outbreak. The researcher uses the model of the questionnaire that was used in the previous study because it is suitable for the study that will be carried out and the statements in the
questionnaire are modified to make sure the students will easier to understand the statements given. 14 items in the questionnaire that modified are the items number 1, 3, 7, 8, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, & 25. The questionnaire is used to find students' perceptions about online learning that they feel during this Covid-19 period.

Besides, it is also appropriate to answer the objectives of the study which is about the challenge factors experienced by students during online learning.
