Issue of Hall Ticket End Semester Examination
The seating venue and place of exam are dynamic for each exam, students need to go to the exam centre 30 mins before to know their Venue details. Details would be available only for the eligible students. Once the student reaches the exam venue, the invigilator would check the Registration Number of the Student and also verifies the candidate by checking the Attendance Sheet and the Seating Arrangement Sheet provided for each hall. Students are instructed to carry College ID card, which will have details such as Photo, Registration Number, Signature and Date of the examination against the corresponding subject. If the student has lost or forgot to bring the Hall ticket, they can reach the concern department head and raise a permission requested once Head of the department approves the request by verifying the ID card, the chief superintendent of the end semester examination may permit the student to appear for the designated exam. The student immediately needs to visit the controller of examination centre and apply for duplicate hall ticket by paying a suitable penalty amount. On the attendance sheet and Answer booklet both students and invigilators would sign which would be verified by the Chief Superintendent office before further processing.
The student needs to fill the details in the front page of the answer booklet where the student needs to mention the registration number in OCR code format. Once the answer booklet reaches
the evaluation process, the answer booklet is assigned automatically with a dummy number corresponding to that OCR code, each answer booklet is scanned and uploaded in the cloud with the help of Data Center team in Viswa Mahavidyalaya. The evaluation process is carried out in the computer and submitted back in the cloud.
