I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of India for release of the payment of ~ 2,00,31,400/- (~Twocrore thirty one thousand four hundred only) to NAFED, for th expenditure incurred on

minikits of Oilseeds (Ground nut) during Kharif2014 under NMO P 2014-15. A....
2. The release is subject to terms & conditions laid down in the Administrative Approval issued vide letter No. 14-1/2014-CA-11 dated 25.04.2014 and guideline issued vide lett r No. 1
6/2013-05 dated 26-02-2014.
3. The exp r diture is adjustable against the funds available under Demand No. 1

4. The payment Jnctioned <lbove is also subject to Cldju tnl r t on thf' basis of iludited fi ur s of expenditure in terms of Ministry of Finance letter No. 2919/Pll/60 dated the 911 Octob r, 1964.
5. Accounts of NAFED for th exp ndilure incurred by them shall be op n to test ch ck by the Comptroller and Audited Gen ral of India at his discretion a d he will h ve the right to demand the production of books of accounts, vouchers and other paper /documents in this regard.
