First Reliable Builders have browsed or downloaded the bid documents at the PhiIGEPS website on July 27,30,30 & 31 ,2017 respectively;

WHEREAS,

the

Bids

and

Awards

Committee including the

Technical

Working Group

for lnfrastructure Projects conducted

a

simultaneous Pre-bid Conference

for this

project along

with

the Construction of Science and Technology Processing Centerwith the prospective bidders on August 3,2017 whereupon Supplemental Bid/Bulletin No.1 dated August 7,2017 was issued regarding amendments and clarifications in the Bid Documents' Bid Data Sheet, Conditions of Contract and Specifications;

WHEREAS,

bidding documents on August 4,2017, submitted its bid during the Receipt and Opening of Bids on August 15, 2017 at 1 p.m., and declared eligible and ^passedthe technicalevaluation of the bidding;

WHEREAS, the Technical Working Group for lnfrastructure Projects recommended to the ^Bidsand Awards Committee, upon opening the financial bid envelop€, to declare the bid of HGW:3 Engineering and Construction in

amount of Three Million Three Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-seven Philippine Pesos and Twenty-seven Centavos (Php 3,388,627.27) as
