ASSAM UNIVERSITY::SILCHAR NOTICE

In pursuance of the latest guidelines of the UGC on re-opening of the Universities in post lockdown due to COVID 19 pandemic issued vide F.No.14-8/2020(CPP-II) dated 11^th February 2022; modifications have been effected in the notice issued from this end vide F.No.AUR/21-1/100 dated 8^th February 2022 to the extent as follows:

1. The end semester examination of final (year) odd semester only shall be held in the month of March 2022 in offline mode. Concerned Departments may alter/change/modify the scheduled date, if necessary and hold the examination in later part of the March also. However, same may be completed by 31^st March 2022.

2. The examinations of intermediate semesters, i.e other than the first semester and final (year) odd semester stands deferred until further order. Offline classes of concerned semesters shall however continue as per notice issued vide no. F.No.AUR/21-1/100 dated 8^th February 2022.

There is no change in the conduct of 1st Semester examination for UG Departments of the University or examination of School of Technology which has been already notified vide notice dated 8^th February 2022 mentioned above. Other contents of the notice shall also remain unchanged.
