ASSAM UNIVERSITY::SILCHAR EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT
NOTIFICATION
1 TDC(CBCS) 6th Semester examination scheduled during 24th Sept – 10th Oct, 2021 will be held in offline mode. During examination, all protocols/guidelines/directives/advisories issued by the Central Govt. (MHA/MoH&FW/Ministry of Education/UGC) and State Government from time to time in view of COVID-19 are required to be followed and complied strictly.
2 The practical examination shall be conducted in the respective colleges after completion of theory examination of the subject. The college will appoint two examiners from the department. College will arrange question of practical examination and soft copy of the same shall be sent to the Controller of examination (email ID:
[email protected]). Remuneration of practical examiners will be as par university rate and duly filled in prescribed remuneration bill form shall be submitted to the examination section.
3 All examination centres will be considered as evaluation zone for the answer scripts of the centre.
4 The zone will evaluate and scrutinize the answer script and send the marks foil in the dedicated mail after evaluation of the script within 07 days from the date of completion of examination. The last date of submission of Theoretical marks is 25th Oct, 2021
5 Scanned copy of mark foils preferably PDF file in continuous manner( single file) using the available technology is to be sent to the dedicated mail [email protected] where marks will be received after evaluation of script paper wise. The PDF file name shall consist of Course Code, Course number and name of college in short form i.e. ECOH_301_GC, ZOOH_101_NEHRU
6 The evaluated answer scripts and the hard copy of the marks foil are to be sent to Examination branch on or before 1st Nov, 2021
6. Guidelines for Evaluation of answer scripts, the pattern of the Zonal structure, rate of Zonal staff and Contingencies for the zone vide our Notification No. AUEC/TDC (CBCS/Non-CBCS)/ 2020 Date : 23.04.2021 will remain unaltered.
This issues with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor.
