Equip students to study engineering subjects more effectively and critically using the theoretical and practical components of the curriculum. Since the English syllabus given in AICTE-2018 Model Syllabus for First Year B.Tech is open, apart from following the prescribed textbook, the teachers should jointly prepare teaching/learning materials in the form of handouts based on the need of the students in their respective colleges for effective teaching /classroom learning. Learn how to determine Planck's constant using the photoelectric effect and determine whether a material is n-type or p-type using the Hall experiment.

Write a program that prints the multiplication table for a given number and the number of rows in the table. Write a C program to merge two files into a third file (ie the contents of the first file followed by the contents of the second are inserted into the third file). Write a C program that displays the position of character ch in the string S or – 1 if S does not contain ch.

Students must practice listening to the sounds of the language, being able to recognize them and distinguish between different sounds, being able to mark stress and recognize and use the correct intonation in sentences.
