Terms and Conditions
The approved binder has to sign an agreement on judicial paper duly attested by 1st class magistrate with the Librarian to fulfill the following terms and conditions.
1. The binder shall undertake binding work at various campuses of the Central University.
2. The binder shall be given no other facility other than space for binding.
3. The agreement shall be for a period of one year only.
4. The binder shall use the material strictly as per the sample.
5. The binder shall ensure that the document isn’t damaged during the binding process.
In case damage is caused to the document, the binder shall have to pay three times cost of the document.
6. The binder shall start the work within two weeks from the date of placing the order or executing the agreement whichever is earlier.
7. If at any stage the authorities feel that the binding work is not up to the mark, the binder shall forfeit all claims for payment and lose the security deposit.
