A Non-Statistical Approach to Predict Crude Oil Prices
Introduction
- Seasonally Prediction and Data Fitting for Oil Prices
- The Economy and Oil Prediction
- An Approach to Oil Price Prediction and Analysis
A factor should be sought that combines some of the most influential currencies known around the world, hence the US. This factor is a good indicator of the economy of some of the world's most developed countries.
Prediction Algorithm
- Computational Results
This will help determine how this will relate to future data relationship with the oil price. The purpose of this research is to find a non-statistical approach to limit the oil price within a reasonable range in future years to better understand and anticipate the global economy.
Conclusion
The analysis is done by regressing an annual average of the data to produce a range of oil for the years 2006–2012 as a means of testing the accuracy.

A Study of Media Preferences and Leisure Time Management of Judges
Importance of Study
- Interaction with media
- Objectives
- Background Studies .1 Importance of judges
On the criminal side, the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) can try those cases which are punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment. This leads to the selective media exposure, perception and retention and also to their media preferences.
Research Methodology
- Sampling Method
- Editing and Tabulation of Data
Stewart, Lavelle, & Kowaltzke, 2001, p. 65) The vivid example I had been through when my husband, who is a professor in the management department, asked me and my daughter to change the news and sports channel because he felt embarrassed to be lagging behind his colleague on current information on IPL (April 2012). Thus, individual members of an audience made a conscious and motivated choice of channels and programs (Kumar, 2001, p. 330).
Analysis and Interpretation
- Newspaper Preference
- Time Preference for Reading Newspaper
- Media Preference in Morning Hour
- Preference for Other Media in Absences of Morning Newspaper
- Time Spent for Reading Newspaper
- Media they Prefer Most for Spending Leisure Time
- Media Preferences during Travelling
- Time Preferred for Watching Television
When asked in which medium they prefer to spend their free time, 23 of them chose a newspaper as their first choice (Table 7). There are also significant preferences for media selection in leisure management, while there is no significant preference for the type of media selection in the absence of a regular newspaper.

During flight, each particle keeps track of its coordinates in the problem space, which are related to the best solution (fitness) it has achieved so far. The fitness value is also stored.) This value is called 'pbest'. The flowchart for the PSO algorithm is shown in Figure 1. The role of the inertia weight ω, in Eq. 2), is considered crucial for the convergence behavior of PSO.
Simulation Results
- BenchMark Functions
- Ackley Function F1 (Minimization)
- Alpine Function
- Schaffer Function F6 (Minimization)
- Rastrigin function F1 (Minimization)
This is useful when one has a very specific engineering goal for the value of the fitness function, and is not necessarily concerned with finding the "best". In some cases, if a solution is better than the target fitness, then the solution is good enough and there is no reason to keep running.

They see work as an obligation and believe that authority should be respected (Hammill et al. 2005). They have an individual working style and a preference for clear leadership through 'command and control' (Hammill et al. 2005). They want to be involved in the decision-making process, which means that a more consensual leadership style is best suited for baby boomers (Murphy et al. 2010).
They like independent tasks and want to do things their own way (Murphy et al. 2010).

- Implications for Human Resource Managers and Organizations
- Suggestions and Recommendations
- Future Research
From the study, it was observed that peak mean items highlighting the preferences for leadership expectations across generations were the same for all the generations. Forward-looking approach, good imagination and creative skills are other important factors that are valued by all the generations in their leaders. Managers who are really capable enough and have expertise in their areas should be chosen to take the lead.
It was observed that all faculty members from all generations expect their leaders to be confident, forward-thinking and optimistic.

In the English language, the word "serendipity" was first used by Horace Walpole, Earl of Oxford. Graebner describes adverse value in the context of the purchase of a business as "unexpected expenses that were not anticipated by the buyer before the deal", i.e. in the examples of sildenafil citrate and PCR, the possibilities arose as a direct consequence of the way the study was designed ie.
Interview with Ben & Jerry's board member Terry Mollner, conducted on April 13, 2009 and cited in the author's book, Levinson, J.

The main purpose of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT is to empower employees who are the internal customers of an organization. Knowledge management processes cause greater encouragement for learning and knowledge sharing to build skills in the most valuable assets of organization, i.e. Knowledge management improves the revenue by getting the products and services to the market faster.
Knowledge management tries to improve employee retention rates by recognizing the value of employees' knowledge and rewarding them for it.
Knowledge Management at Bharti: A Success Story
The measurement of knowledge management success is therefore related to improved decision making and achievement of objectives. Knowledge Management helps all managers establish knowledge resource management as part of their toolbox. Knowledge Management is creating a culture of learning, innovating, sharing and achieving – and most effectively implemented as part of Change Management.
So implementing knowledge management in the organization will lead to better appreciation and expression of the skills required and available, improved ways of supporting people through the provision of appropriate processes and information, greater encouragement of learning and sharing of knowledge to build skill sets, higher levels of understanding that tacit knowledge and implicit skills are key management resources, creating an environment that will motivate existing staff and appeal to potential recruits.
Key Enablers of Knowledge Management at Bharti
- Strategic focus
- Alignment with business objectives
- KM organization and roles
- Standard KM processes
- Culture and people engagement
- Quality of content in knowledge repositories
- Technology enablement
Francis Bacon The value of knowledge is derived from the value of the decisions with which it is connected. They are change agents who bring in and spread the culture of knowledge sharing across the organization. To create an organization-wide culture of knowledge sharing and replication and to institutionalize KM, it is critical for all employees to engage in KM activities and not just a fraction of the employee base.
The content then goes to the knowledge champion and the community of experts who “own” the knowledge repository in question.

Later, the site was expanded to provide additional services such as directory, notice board, event announcements, etc. The online group and website were owned by a single individual (Mr. Vispi Munshi). As the website was expanded into an online portal, the promoter positioned the portal as an intermediary or connector between ERP buyers and sellers.

Members from other groups and forums were invited to join, and the group began discussing relevant topics immediately. The unit tried to diversify into other areas such as CRM, SCM, BI and ISO. Therefore, even if the company is cash profitable, it is unable to expand or diversify into new areas.
New areas have been identified as additional portals for other IT areas for enterprises and international markets.
ERP India Web Portal (erp-india.org)
The purpose of the group was to explore the implementation and usage issues of ERP systems in India. The core service was originally sold as a subscription service, with options for regions and duration. Eventually it was decided to stop additional portals and focus on the profitable ERP portal.
It was also decided to stop selling customers as a subscription and selling them in quantity packages.

Organizations that survive are those that are adaptable to either minor shifts in trends, or major changes in the economy. Shalini Verma herself is a household name in both — the academia as well as the corporate circles for her workshops and training programs on Soft Skills, Communication, especially Body Language, Interview Skills and Communication Strategy for Organizations. All these books have received overwhelming response in both the Academia and the Industry.
In addition, she has presented numerous papers in national and international conferences and contributed more than 300+ articles (in English and Hindi) to Hindustan Times, Hindustan (Hindi) and other national newspapers/academic journals.
What is Body Language?
We are pleased to receive the joint Noel Deerr Gold Medal Award of the year 2012-2013 for our research paper titled "Vertical Business Integration: A Logical Prospective Evolutionary Step for Sugar Industry in India" presented under management section in 71st STAI (Sugar Technologists' Association of India) conference held in Hyderabad, India. The article discusses the growth strategies for the sugarcane processors by taking advantage of the opportunities that arise after vertical integration. The article tends to justify the logic of vertical integration in connection with the sugar industry, not only for the reason that the sector has systematically adopted horizontal integration, but also for reasons such as the strength of its buyers, who among all prominently belong to the category of companies.
Paper also suggests a logical complement of the entire value chain, while keeping the sanctity of the participants intact.
