Abstract - In today's digital era, mobile has become an integral part of human life. Mobile communication is used as the main medium, which is misused in the public domain, such as monitoring, leaking paper, sending information for bomb blasts. Mobile abuse is generally restricted using mobile jammers. Mobile Jammer is a device that blocks the transmission and reception of the signal uses mobile interference in the same frequency range. The mobile user experiences significant damage in the signal. To combat terrorism, the police or army often uses them to limit the situation of communication war, bomb threats and military action. In order to maintain silence, mobile jammer is used in the classes and examination hall. It is used to avoid mess in the seminar hall and meeting room.

There are also some serious issues related to the benefits of Mobile Jammer. According to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission), mobile jammers cannot be legally sold or used. In many areas, especially the use of mobile jammers, unlicensed, is illegal. Mobile Jammers start blocking or disabling cell phones, block access to emergency services. Waves coming from mobile jammers can affect the nervous system's living organisms. In the case of emergency, it will not be possible to call a mobile phone that can alter the dangerous situation and turn into a disaster. The article discusses the benefits and dangers associated with Mobile Jammer and it has been advised how to use efficiently with the least effect for human health in the future.

1. INTRODUCTION

In modern era misuse of the mobile could be restricted by using mobile jammer.

This is the device that blocks transmission and reception of the signal by creating interference at the same frequency range the mobile operates.

There is a significant loss in signal.

Mobile jammers are used to limit the communication in war situation, bomb threats and military actions to counter terrorism. Mobile jammers are used in classrooms and examination hall to maintain silence. There are various issues with mobile jammers like legal issues whether they can be sold or not and health issues like hearing imbalance, disturbance in nervous system. This paper recommends how mobile jammers could be implemented with minimum impact of these issues. This paper is divided into various sections. Section 2 describe briefly about mobile jammer, section 3 discuss the impact of mobile jammer its advantages and applications, section 4 discuss various issues associated with mobile jammers, section 5 give recommendations to rectify these issues, section 6 discuss limitations of mobile jammers and their future scope and section 7 concludes the article.

2. MOBILE JAMMER

Mobile phone jammer or blocker is a device that deliberately transmits the signal on the same radio frequency as a mobile phone. Disabling mobile phones within the jammer limits, preventing them from receiving signals and transmitting them. Jammers can be practically used at any location, but are found mainly in those places where a phone call will be particularly disruptive because there is hope of silence, such as entertainment sites.

A jamming device transmits the same radio frequency as a cell phone, inhibits the communication between the phone and the cell-phone base station in the city. This is called the attack of a denial service. Jammer refuses service of radio spectrum to cell-phone users within the range of the device.

Limited to working on phones using analog or older digital mobile phone standards only, new models such as double and triple band jammers can block all the widely used systems (AMPS, Eye den, GSM, etc.) and are also effective against new phones that interfere with different frequencies and systems we do.

As the frequencies used for major network technology and mobile phones vary across the world, some work only in specific areas. The legal use of cell phone blockers is considered as theft of property.

2.1 Working of Mobile Jammer

Technically, the way this works is that the jamming tools crank by transmitting a signal at the same frequency at a high frequency so that the signal collides and cancel each other. The cell phone uses two different frequencies, one to talk and to listen together. Less complex tools only block a set of frequencies, while sophisticated jammers can block multiple types of networks simultaneously to close the dual mode or triangular mode phone, which can be used to automatically detect an open signal Switch between network types.

Some cell-phone jammers are made like actual phones and other briefcases are big or small.

Simply, a cell phone can be jammed using a device that is broadcasting at the right frequency.

3. ADVANTAGES AND

APPLICATIONS OF MOBILE JAMMERS

It is widely used for security purposes.

Jammers are a precise example for advancement in contemporary digital communication expertise and electronic expertise. Signal Blockers are also used in universities, schools, government agencies and prisons. Blocking the conversation at these places can certainly not be a distraction. On contract, accused and students cannot cheat by contacting others or outsiders It is also used in places like libraries and movie theaters.

Jams can also be used by the defense when going to the border area or from one place to another. The use of jammers can also be used to provide security in the business conference, for the director room, seminars etc. and to provide a peaceful and peaceful environment.

3.1 Disadvantages

 Cost oriented.

 Requires special hardware.

 People feel inconvenience.

 V.I.P.’s may loose some important calls.

 As cell phone jammer blocks all the signals within its working range, there may be grave consequences in an emergency.

4. ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH MOBILE JAMMERS

Phone Jammers are gaining popularity, but they also take big risks. Security experts say that potentially dangerous can be. Cell phone jammers are bad for people's health. Mobile Jammer radiation adversely affects human hearing for less than 1 hour. This is an issue which needs more consideration because today's use of mobile jammer is increasing and there are health related hazards, such as loss of hearing. People are concerned about its adverse health impact. Radiations from mobile jammers also create air pollution.

3 5. PROPOSED STEPS TO RECTIFY

THESE ISSUES

This section proposes the steps to reduce the impact of Mobile Jammers on health, emergency, and pollution: the government should make strict rules and regulations on the use of jammer. The use of mobile jammer should be limited and the area of jamming the devices should be controllable as per the requirement.

6. FUTURE SCOPE OF MOBILE JAMMERS

While the law explicitly prohibits the use of a device to actively inhibit the cell- phone signal, there are no rules against idle cell-phone blocking. Companies are working on a device that controls cell- phones but does not jam to the signal.

7. CONCLUSION

There are good aspects of every technique as well as bad aspects. The important thing is how we are using it. Cell phone jammers are very useful for society with anti-social elements. We can save our national leaders. We can restrict the communication network between anti-

social elements using cell phone jammers.

This article discusses mobile jammers, its advantages and issues associated with them. We proposed various steps to reduce the impact of mobile jammers. We hope that mobile jammers will be sustainably used in future keeping in mind environmental and health aspects REFERENCES
