11. The decision of competent authority is final to accept or reject the quotation or relax the conditions of tender.
12. The bidders should submit the catalogue of the products being sought by this Institute clearly mentioning the brand and detailed specifications.
13. The agencies who are interested in submitting the quotation if desired may visit this office for Checking the area where LED lights to be installed in working days from Monday to Friday between 0930 hr to 1700 hr
14. IT/GST TDS will be deducted as per rules.
15. The actual requirement may increase or decrease as per the decision of the competent authority.
Your quotation should be addressed to The Director, NIEPID Secunderabad. The quotation shall reach the Director, NIEPID, Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad - 500 009 latest by 18.02.2021 in a sealed cover superscribed as Quotation for Supply of LED light fitting for illumination of building at NIEPID, Secunderabad by speed post/courier/by hand. The sealed cover without superscribing will be rejected. The quotation received after 18.02.2021 05:30 pm will not be considered.
