This year after the selection procedure, members had an interactive Case Study session. Furthermore, a seminar by Ms.Kanika Sachdeva was conducted wherein the members were exposed to a plethora of intellectual talks. The topics included segmentation, positioning and targeting.

The most awaited event of the Alohomora was conducted in Mid- March. With a footfall of 500-700 people, it would be an
understatement to say that the annual fest was successful because it was beyond that.

The main event which was held on 14th March'18 was graced by the reputed Professor Kavita Sharma who is the venerated Head Department Of Commerce at University of Delhi,also Mr. Zakka Jacob who is the esteemed anchor and deputy executive editor at CNN-News18, and last but not the least Ms.Suprita Das who is an acclaimed Senior Sports correspondent and anchor with New Delhi Television (NDTV).
The main event included three competitions which were as
follows, Brand Tambola 2.0, curated especially for the people who are intrigued by taglines, logos and current affairs, The Time
Machine: Back to the 80's, made for the people who want to check their convincing powers and finally, when Chandler Cried 2.0,
which focused on innovation along with the right image for the product.
Alohomora'18 was successful not only by sheer numbers but also in successfully imparting knowledge to youth. The Marketing
Society had a true flourishing year.
