과 9번을 수용할 경우,
우리에게 미치는 영향에 대해 생각해 보자.

상부입장은1.4와 9를 관철하자는 것이다 따라서 1.4는 타협의
여지가 없다.
[김정현] 1.4를 굳이 ToR과 RoP에 넣을 필요가 있느냐라는 논리로 가는
것은 어떤지?
[윤종호] ToR 9번은 개정항목에서 빼자.
[성효현] 1.4를 빼고 ToR 9를 수용해서 통과시키면 안되냐. 1.4의 세부조
항도 많다.
[이윤호] 1.4는 빼고 ToR 9는 incorporate로 해서 가자. Minute

In addition, the Committee may have one elected observer who is a graduate alumni of a GEBCO ocean mapping course. The elected observer will be appointed as a non-voting Member for a five-year term. The Member States may submit candidates to be chosen by the GEBCO Guiding Committee through an election organized by the Committee Chair.

As required, establish subordinate bodies (sub-committees and working groups) to fulfill the Committee Work Program and approve the Terms of Reference and Rules of Procedure of those bodies, reviewing annually the continuing need for each subordinate body. The GEBCO Guiding Committee will report annually and intersessionally, if necessary, to the IHO and IOC on the status of subordinate bodies and will take their comments into account when establishing, reviewing, modifying, and/or terminating subordinate bodies.
