Enabling international research into ocean biogeochemical circulation and ecosystem responses to global climate change. Important to turn the eyes towards the oceans along with global ocean science studies in terms of economic, national defense. Present the plans for objectives, content, technology development roadmap, practical strategies, expectations, applications, budgets and manpower for international programs involving global ocean science research.
Consider whether they are appropriate, imminent, easy to participate, closely related to local investigations, in terms of marine science research. New international programs include research on marine ecosystems and climate change and national strategic metal ores. Global marine science research typically requires larger investments than private-scale investments and the results have implications for the marine science industry as a whole.
Establish global networks connecting Southeast Asia (Indonesia), Micronesia (Korea-South Pacific Research Centers), and South America (Peru) and the Arctic and Antarctic oceans to enable global marine scientific research. In the short term, enable marine science research for some of the Indian Ocean and Pacific Oceans, which greatly affect the coastal areas of the Korean Peninsula, to reduce negative impacts on local climate change and ecosystems and take action at the national level.
