Pseudamphistomum truncatum was found in the muscles of the crucian carp, the infection rate was 29.1%. The presence of parasites in fish is the main obstacle to the sale of the fish product. The duration of the fish invasion period depends on the fish species and water temperature [21].

Biochemical analysis of fish: the determination of the concentration of hydrogen ions, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia was carried out according to the generally accepted method [23]. Parasitological studies of fish muscles for the presence of the causative agent of opisthorchiasis were carried out according to the ST RK 2779-2015 standard. Biochemical analysis of the fish caught from the Shagalaly River was carried out according to the following indicators: determination of the concentration of hydrogen ions (pH), hydrogen sulfide and ammonia (Table 1).

После четырехкратной иммунизации кроликов очищенным белком 6xHis-TaLST8/150 поликлональные антитела против TaLST8/150 сначала осаждали различными концентрациями сульфата аммония, а затем очищали на колонке с белком А-агарозой, следуя инструкциям производителя.

Вестерн-блоттинг с антителами против TaLST8/150 выявил интенсивную белковую полосу, соответствующую молекулярной массе TaLST8/150 (фиг. 4Б). Затем мы оценили способность поликлональных антител против TaLST8/150 связывать денатурированные белки TaLST8/150 с помощью вестерн-блоттинга. Дот-блот-анализ и вестерн-блоттинг показали, что антитела против TaLST8/150 распознают как неденатурированный, так и денатурированный белок TaLST8/150.

The Aral Sea was one of the main commercial basins until the 1980s. Mitrofanov modern ichthyofauna in the Aral Sea is represented by 17 fish species: pike (Esox lucius), bream (Abramis brama), asp (Aspius aspius), carp (Cуprinus caspio), silver carp (Hypopthal- michthyx molitrix), sable (Pelecus cultratus), shell (Rutilus rutilus), root (Scardinius erythrothalmus), catfish (Silurus glanis), pike perch (Sander lucioperca), snakehead (Channa argus), shemaya (Alburnus chalcoides), carp (Carasius au-ratus), ide (Leuciscus idus) , perch (Perca fluvatilis), white-eyed bream (Ballerus sapa) and flounder (Platichthys flesus) [3,19]. Today, the small Aral Sea plays an important role in the development of the region's economy.

A brief assessment of the state of stocks of the most important commercial fish species is given. The zander, like other original freshwater species, began to inhabit the entire water area of ​​the Little Aral Sea. An increase in zander fertility should be considered a response of the population to its intensive harvesting.

Aral asp (Aspius aspius) is a valuable native species of the Aral Sea and rivers flowing into it. Cruciferous carp (Carasius auratus) – makes up a significant share of the catch of the Little Aral Sea, which is inhabited by many species of fish. During the period of salinization of the Aral Sea, crucian carp lived in the estuary of the Syrdarya River.

The article presents the results of a study of the neurotropic effect of plant alkaloids (harmine, delphinifoline, echinopsine, zongoramine). The evaluation of the neurotropic effect of the alkaloid samples was carried out on an experimental stress model using the "Open field" and "Elevated cross maze" tests. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that samples of plant alkaloids delphinifoline, harmine, echinopsine and zongoramine in a dose of 10 mg / kg show a neurotropic effect, increase the level of research activity, reduce the level of anxiety, fear. and anxiety in animals in the "Open Field" and "Elevated Cross Maze" tests.

The presence of an aryl group in the molecules of harmine, delphinifoline, zongoramine and echinopsin is important for their neurotropic activity. The structure-activity analysis shows that the neurotropic activity of delphinifoline and zongoramine detected in the experiment is associated with the presence of N-ethyl group molecules in their structure, echinopsin – the N-methyl group of the pyridine part, and harmine – the content of the NH group in the indole ring that interacts with the corresponding receptors. The studied plant alkaloids are promising for the creation of new medicinal substances for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system.
