Psycholinguistic and neurolinguistic theories often overlap, which contributes to the active use of the methods. The metaphor has long been a tool in the life of the Kazakh people to understand the world. The article deals with the essential components of the basic concept of «Oriental Urban Locality».

The technique of the conceptual analysis presented in the article can be used in the study of any concept. For two millennia, the Great Silk Road connected both ends of the vast territory. They were characteristic of Oriental urban localities, and these lexical items are part of the concept of Oriental Urban Locality.

The above examples complete the conclusion that the lexemes "dahma", "astodan", "ossuary", "naus" function as markers of the concept of oriental urban locality. In the center of the city, usually to the east, an urda was erected - a fortress and palace for the ruler and his court. They are divided into two groups: words from the pre-Islamic period ("tower of silence", fire temple, dakhma, ossuary, naus, astodan, stupa, Buddhist monastery, cathedral) and words that reflect the Islamic period in culture. of the peoples of Central Asia (mosque, mausoleum, minaret, mazar).

Based on a generalization of the scientific literature, the meaning of the term «model» is revealed.

Priority is given to the ways to revive totemic concepts based on a literary text in the world view and belief system of the people. Distance education and effectiveness of e-learning tools in the field of foreign language. However, the demand for distance education has increased since the advent of the Internet in the. Distance learning via the Internet is becoming a traditional part of education around the world, such as America, Asia and Europe.

There are 3 different ways of organizing distance learning: online (synchronous), offline (asynchronous) and the third most common type of webinar. Online learning is a form of teaching using Internet resources, currently viewing the teacher's screen at a certain distance. One of the type of methods is to organize a good quality of educational process is «Е-learning».

Today, e-learnіng is one of the most advanced forms of learning that is rapidly being introduced in thе world. According to world experience, learning is one of the main tools for the modernization of education (Akhmеtova at all, 2013). Increasing the scope of students' independent work will strengthen the learning process with the help of information technology.

He highlighted the short history of distance education and the leading universities that organized the only learning process. During the single learning period, a number of opportunities have been created for students learning foreign languages. Compared to the traditional way of studying foreign languages, distance learning became more and more effective through the learning technologies.

But without software platforms online learning process turns out to be difficult and less efficient. The explanatory dictionary should contain common and frequently used words of the literary language, analyze and explain their meaning, and show the lexical and semantic norms of the literary language. In many words, especially in stable phrases, their meaning gathers information related to a nation's culture, worldview, history, and traditional economy. Such information contained in the word is disclosed in an explanatory note and explained by illustrative material.

Giving an example is one of the requirements for creating an explanatory dictionary, because the examples given in the explanatory dictionary are additional illustrative material, which determines the origin of big words, their stylistic, semantic, grammatical features. The materials cited in the dictionary entry prove that the word exists or once existed. The introduction shows the attitude of scientists-researchers to the quoted material, the linguistic functions of the examples given in the explanatory dictionaries.

In the explanatory dictionaries of the Kazakh and Turkish languages ​​we mention the provision of quoted material. The article focuses on the current status of language policy after independence, by analyzing Kazakh language use as a state language. The issues of the functioning of the national language and its stage formation, as well as the status of future planning in Kazakh society, are discussed.

If there is no systematic and principled support for peculiarities of the state language applicability in the communicative action of the current society, long-term development of the Kazakh language under the development vector of the society is challenged. Therefore, initially the current extent of the Kazakh language in relation to local executive bodies that currently communicate directly with the population was discussed. From this perspective, the growing number of Kazakh-language schools and kindergartens in the Republic of Kazakhstan increases social activity of the Kazakh language, and the impact on language environment formation in the country is compared with statistics of different years.

One aspect of the national language is taken into account - the creation and development of a terminology vocabulary for industry professionals.
