Ecological and geochemical assessment of the territory of South Kazakhstan (in the case of the Turkestan and Kyzylorda regions). The analysis of the algological composition of rice field soils identified an extensive species diversity of cyanobacteria in the studied objects. The scientific interest of the research is to study the species diversity of cyanobacteria of these objects.

Exploration and isolation of cyanobacterial cultures from the soil of rice fields in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study of the algal composition of the bases was carried out in the rice fields of the villages of Birlik and Karaultobe. The purpose of the study was the rice fields of Birlik village (Figure 1).

Soil analysis includes soil sampling and analysis of various physical and chemical properties of soil [7]. In the rice fields of the Birlik village, representatives of the family Oscillatoriaceae (26.41%) and the genus Phormidium (16.51%) predominated. The next research object was the soil of rice fields in the Kyzylorda region of Karultobe village.

From the rice land of Kyzylorda region of Karaultobe village, 2 cultures of cyanobacteria – Spirulina platensis K-1, Nostoc.

ANOVA showed the effect of GEI on the study characteristics of the NAM population under the conditions of Kazakhstan. The article presents the results of the analysis of the spectrum and frequency of the distribution of the chromosome set of the fetus of 590 pregnant women living in the city of Aktobe and various districts of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. Studies have shown that the Aktobe region ranks 5th in the country in terms of the number of congenital malformations and the incidence of chromosomal diseases in children aged 0 to 14 [10].

In particular, most companies are directly related to the oil and gas industry. According to the information bulletin of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state of the environment, environmental pollution of the Aktobe region occupies a leading position. In the cytogenetic study according to the first table, 64 cases showed chromosomal abnormalities of the fetal karyotype, which was 10.8%.

Dynamic instability of microtubules [26] can lead to an incorrect distribution of chromosomes in the cells of the progeny. In the course of the work, the correspondence of the frequency of violations of the set of fetal chromosomes of pregnant women living in settlements subject to man-made pollution with the presence of large industrial complexes was considered (Table 3). The frequency of abnormalities in the chromosome set of pregnant women living in 3 districts of the Aktobe region, where large production complexes are not located.

It was found that the frequency of chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus of pregnant women in Aktobe is 1.6 and 2.5 times lower than that of pregnant women living in settlements of other regions, compared to fetal karyotype violations. 20 Bulletin of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state of the environment // information on the environment of the Aktobe region.
