Graduated from Kazakh State university in 1982 with a degree «Mechanics», Faculty of Mechanics and Applied Mathematics, was sent to the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry. In 1982-1985 he worked as an assistant of the department
"Resistance of materials", in 1985 he was sent for a scientific internship at Kazakh State university.
In 1986 he entered the full-time target postgraduate study of the Kazakh State University.
In 1989 he graduated from the postgraduate course and successfully defended his candidate’s thesis on "Approximate calculation of creep and long-term strength of rocks taking into account their damage".
Since 1990 Kozhageldiev Begman worked in the positions of senior lecturer, assistant professor of the department "Resistance of materials", 1991-1992 deputy dean of the Engineering and Mechanical Faculty. In 1992 he was appointed dean of the Engineering and Mechanical Faculty and worked until 1995. In 1995 he was transferred to the post of dean of the Finance and Credit Faculty of the new state financial institution, where he headed the department until 2000. After unification of the Universities of the City of Semey, in 2000-2004 he worked as the dean of the Finance and Credit Faculty of the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim Kudaiberdiev. In 2005-2007 he worked as the Director of the Point of Conducting a United National Testing at the university. In 2007 he was appointed dean of the faculty of distance education, where he worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2012 he headed the financial and economic faculty of this university. In 2012-2013 he worked as the head of the department of registration and control of knowledge of students. From September 2013 to August 2016 he worked as the head of the department of knowledge control of students. Since September 2016 he has been working as the head of the testing and distance learning department of the Kazakh University of Technology and Business in Astana.
According to the results of scientific research, he published about 65 scientific and scientific methodological works, including one monograph - "The Continuous Destruction of Rheomonic Bodies" (2002) and two books: "Әлеуметтік экономикалық бағдарлау" (2010) ,
"Бағаның туындауы" (2011). Repeatedly delivered reports at international and republican scientific, scientific and methodological conferences. He was a reviewer of textbooks and teaching aids.
In 1996 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of Mechanics, in 2008 he was a Corresponding Member of the International Informatization Academy.
Passed the refresher courses in different universities of Kazakhstan: KazNU, KazNAU (Almaty), EKSU (Ust-Kamenogorsk) named after Amanzholov, Semei State university named after Sh.Kudaiberdiev and etc. Only for the last 5-6 years, he has more than 10 certificates of various levels.
He was rewarded with a badge of the "Excellent of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" MES RK (1997) and the "Shakarim" medal. He has letters and letters of thanks of the Akim of the City of Semey (2007, 2016), a member of the parties "Nur Otan". He was chairman of the district election commission №18 for the election of deputies of the regional maslikhat of the East Kazakhstan region.
Scientific and pedagogical experience is more than 35 years.
