У больных, использовавших плазменную фракцию криосупернатанта (табл. 2), полное выздоровление наступало чаще на 24,3% (р<0,001), реже переход процесса в хронический на 12% (р<0,01), чем у лиц, получавших свежезамороженную плазму.

Статистическая обработка результатов лечения в основной группе (54 пациента) показала, что излечились 57-61% больных, значительное улучшение наступило у 42-38% и только у 1% больных состояние не изменилось, в связи с тем, что по ходатайству родственников они были выписаны из больницы. В данном исследовании представлен анализ 54 случаев клинических форм ОКР у пациентов разного возраста (25-51 год).

Нашими исследованиями установлено, что снижение газового потока до 1 л/мин у детей следует проводить не ранее чем через 15 мин после начала ингаляции N2O [7]. Таким образом, рекомендуемый для взрослых 20-минутный период предварительной ингаляции N2O в полуоткрытом контуре с высокой скоростью потока может быть ограничен только 15 минутами для детей.
