thAUAP GENERAL CONFERENCE - How to Register
For this 9th AUAP General Conference, we will use a web based system – UKM Conference System. With this system, user can choose to register which Track or which pre event that they wish to attend and most importantly, user can upload their abstract for this 13th AUAP General Conference. There are two type of registration that needs to be followed:
1. First Registration: Get your own username and password for this conference system.
2. Second Registration: Once you have the username and password, you can register yourself for the 1) Pre-Conference Events, 2) the main event.
First Registration
Pic 1: Username Registration
Refer to the picture (Pic 1) above, which is the register form that will give each of the user an unique Id / username and password to access this website system. Please note that user NEED to provide the eligible email before proceed as all the notification and announcement will be inform via email from the Conference Manager.
Second Registration

Picture above (Pic 2) is the main menu for the conference. User can login to this system using the username and password created before and therefore user can choose to register track and other pre conference events (refer the picture below – Pic 3).
Pic 3: Event Registration
As shown in Pic 4 below, registration type under ‘BOARD MEMBERS’ requires a special code to be fill in before user can proceed to the next page. User can input additional information related in the ‘Special Requests’ input. Make sure all the information is correct before clicking the ‘Register’ button.
