First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to those who have helped me in completing this Principles Of Entrepreneurship (Ent530) social media portfolio assignment. I would also like to express my sincere and gratitude to my lecturer, Dr Nor Harlina Abd Hamid, for giving me good guidelines throughout the process of carrying out this portfolio.
Without her guidance and encouragement, this report would have not been possible to accomplish.
Moreover, I would like to acknowledge my appreciation to kuidaorebymiraish for allowing me to be their dropship agent. Also, to my beloved parents who have been supporting me physically and emotionally and for their love, understanding, prayers and encouragement in making this assignment. Last but not least, I am extremely thankful to all my classmates and friends who are directly and indirectly involved and helped me in completing this report.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In the midst of April, I started a sole proprietorship business called Umai Mentai, where I became a dropship agent for kuidaorebymiraish. The products that I offer consist of marinated chicken mentai rice, kani chilli shrimp mentai rice, chuka idako mentai rice, kani salmon mentai rice, dimsum mentai, karaage chicken mentai roll and mentai cake all of which are Japanese cuisine. My target market is people that live in the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur area, aged between 10-50 years old. The business is being conducted entirely online, mainly through Facebook page and Whatsapp. In my Facebook page, I advertise my business by posting the latest news or any related things about my business. Now, I have posted a total of 37 posts containing 5 teasers, 16 hardsell copywriting and 16 softsell copywriting. In a frametime of two months, I had two customers and managed to gain a total profit of RM165.

2.0 INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS
2.1 Name and address of business
My business name is Umai Mentai, which is a dropship agent under kuidaorebymiraish that is based in Selangor. The term “Umai” is a Japanese word that is used to describe food, which generally means ‘good’ or ‘delicious’. Meanwhile, “Mentai” refers to one of the main ingredients in our product. I chose this name because the product I am selling is a Japanese food made from pepper-seasoned tarako or pollock fish roe. It is also easy to spell and our customers can easily pronounce it. Besides that, I carry out my business online, through Facebook page and Whatsapp where my target market is mainly for people that live in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area, under the age of 10-50 years old. Customers can choose to either self-pickup or delivery and for those that choose self-pickup, they will have to go to Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

2.2 Organisation chart
Umai Mentai is a sole proprietorship business form that operates a small business. The owner of Umai Mentai is the only worker in this business.

2.3 Mission/Vision
A mission statement defines the business objectives as well as the approach to achieve those objectives. On the other hand, a vision statement describes the desired future position of the business. By having my own mission and vision statement, it could motivate me when I am facing a difficult situation and help me recall why I started the business in the first place.
2.3.1 Mission
To always give our customers the satisfaction they deserve by using only the finest ingredients as well as to be customers’ first choice for mentai rice and improve our customer experiences by providing the best customer services.
2.3.2 Vision
To be the number one best-selling mentai rice in Selangor and KL area this year.
2.4 Descriptions of products/services
Umai Mentai is a business that offers Japanese cuisine such as mentai rice, mentai roll, mentai cake and dumpling mentai. For the mentai rice, we offer a variety of choices for customers to choose based on their likings. For instance, chicken, shrimp, chuka idako and salmon. We chose to sell this because we believe that it has the potential to be one of peoples’ favourites, especially for those that are fans of sushi. Our products are made of pepper-seasoned tarako or pollock fish roe. It is also well seasoned with high quality ao nori, ebiko and a few secret ingredients. We have also been seeing and reading how people hope there is a sushi cake, therefore, we offer a mentai cake instead specifically for them. Besides that, in terms of services, we use rider services such as Grab, Lalamove and MrSpeedy to deliver our products safely to customers.

3.0 Facebook (FB)
We decided to create a Facebook page for our online business to make it more convenient for our consumers, seeing that many people nowadays utilise social media on a regular basis and prefer to shop online rather than go out. In the Facebook page, we can effortlessly promote our goods to our customer base that dwell in our target market area, which is Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
Furthermore, residents in the immediate vicinity will be aware that we are selling Japanese food.
We used our Facebook Page to focus on providing teasers, hardsell, and softsell information pertaining to our business so that our customers could learn more about what we sell. We can also connect with our customers more quickly and easily through online if they have any inquiry.

CONCLUSION
To sum up, I hope that my business, Umai Mentai, will continue to expand where at some point in the future, I will be able to sell my product in all states in Malaysia safely without the food getting spoiled. I also wish that I would achieve my vision statement, that is to be the number one best-selling mentai rice in Selangor and KL area this year. Other than that, I managed to do a total of 37 postings on my Facebook page which consist of teaser, hardsell and softsell copywriting that could help boost my business. With the help from this platform, I effortlessly manage to reach my consumer base and target market, which is a big advantage for me as a seller seeing that this platform will systematically display my business posts facebook users' timeline who live nearby my targeted area. Also, the Facebook page enables me to post anything that relates to my business so that my business can grow and attract a larger audience. This platform not only can help a business to expand but also help potential customers to acknowledge what type of business that is being sold near their place. Therefore, with this kind of platform it not only helps the seller but also makes it convenient for people to shop online.
