• Skills: IT systems Development skilLs DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• Create overall concepts forthe user experience within the project needs, and ensure all interactions are intuitive and easy for oustomers.
• Produce hish-quality ux desisn solutions through wire frames, visual and graphic desisns, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Create user flows and wire frames that can accurately represent the user'sjoumey and how they interact with the system.
• Assist the center when coordinating with various agencies/offices for the possibility of improving the process and automating them.
• Join activities and ventures related to benchmarking, seminars, webinars, and other activities related to the Center's functions.
• Maintain dooumentation per cybernetics sparks standards.
• Resolve user-submitted problems and questions related to systems developed by the center
• Attend meetings related to system Development lnitiatives of the center or if required by the supervisors.
• Perform tasks as per instructed by the center Head and Directors.

o Certificate of Board of Ratings / Elieibilfty (if applicable) o Certificate/s of Employment siened by previous employer.
