Course Description: The course aims to provide through understanding of the various principles and aspects of good governance and responsible citizenship. The course discusses the sound exercise of authority (political, economic and administrative) to manage resources for development. The following principles and aspects of good governance are fairness to the global public, transparency, accountability, openness and participations, resources prudence, ecological soundness and rule of law.
