Bulacan State University assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Bulacan State University (BulSU) through the Income Fund 2019 intends to use the sum of one million five hundred seventy eight thousand five hundred seventeen pesos and be the approved budget of the contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for re- bid for rehabilitation and repairing the old dilapidated French glass windows (Natividad Hall) (I-2019-15). Bulacan State University (BulSU) is now inviting bids for the rehabilitation and repair of the old dilapidated French glass windows (Natividad Hall) (I-2019-15).
In the event that any subcontractor is found by the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY to be ineligible, the subcontracting of such portion of the Works shall not be permitted. If the project is no longer necessary as determined by the Head of the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY; and. iii). If the source of funds for the project has been withheld or reduced through no fault of the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY.
The Completion Date is the date of completion of the Works as certified by the representative of BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY in accordance with GCC Clause 49. All materials and plant on site shall be deemed to be the property of BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY. The contractor shall carry out all instructions of the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY representative complying with the applicable laws where the site is located.
The performance bond remains valid until BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY issues a certificate of final acceptance. BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY shall terminate this Agreement for default if any of the following conditions accompany its performance:. All decisions recommended by the CTRC must be approved by the Head of BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY.
All drawings prepared by the Contractor for the execution of the Temporary Works are subject to prior approval by the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY's Representative prior to their use. The BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY representative's approval shall not alter the Contractor's responsibility for the design of the Temporary Works. The Contractor shall obtain approval from third parties to the design of the Temporary Works, when required by the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY.
Each completed form must be verified and signed by the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY representative within two days after the work is completed. The approval of the work program by the representative of BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY shall not alter the contractor's obligations. The Contractor shall submit to the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY representative monthly statements of the estimated value of the work performed less the cumulative amount previously certified.
However, this does not exclude BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY's claim for damages.
General Conditions
Omitted or incorrectly described details of work which are clearly necessary to carry out the true intent of the drawings and specifications shall be performed as if fully and accurately set forth and described in the drawings and specifications. The Owner may, from time to time, make changes to the specifications and construction drawings. However, if the Contractor's cost will be materially increased by such change, the Owner shall pay the Contractor the reasonable cost in accordance with the changes.
