Guidelines on Scholarship Award for SY 2021-2022
Entrance Scholarship – is automatically given to the incoming BS Biochemistry and BS Biotechnology undergraduate students who graduated with Highest Honors with at least 50 total number of graduating students and more during their senior high school and who topped the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam.
Pre-requisites:
1. Newly admitted regular student
2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
3. Belongs to top ten (10) examinees of the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam Rank and Discounts
100% Tuition & Miscellaneous Fee Discount
• Top 1 in the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam 100% Tuition Fee Discount
• Top 2-5 in the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam 50% Tuition Fee Discount
• Top 6-10 in the DLSMHSI Entrance Scholarship Qualifying Exam
Academic Scholarship
Depends on the grade requirements and General Weighted Average (GWA).
Pre-requisites:
1. Regular student
2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines 3. Must not have any disciplinary offense Grade Requirements
1. With no grade below 85.00 in any GE subjects
2. With a grade not lower than 90.00 in all sciences (Physics, Biology, and Chemistry) and Mathematics courses
3. General Weighted Average (GWA) qualification of 94.00 or higher Discount

98.00 – 100.00 100% Tuition Fee
96.00 – 97.99 75% Tuition Fee
94.00 – 95.99 50% Tuition Fee
No financial and service scholarship awards for this SY 2020-2021.
Slots shall be based on the available scholarship budget per term. In case of insufficient budget for all qualified applicants, the top performing students per year level shall be accepted.
