The schedules for the 2nd QT and Term 2 Midterm Examinations are shown in Annex B. For the GROW students, the schedule will be provided by the assigned case manager/ GROW teacher. All exams will be administered through MS Forms EXCEPT laboratory and selected subjects that requested for in-person examination.
Please be reminded to settle your accounts and secure the necessary permit/s from the Accounting Office before the indicated examination schedules.
Lastly, kindly comply with all the pending requirements during the 2nd Quarter Completion Period as indicated in the calendar above. Unless the subject teacher specifies, there will be no extension on due dates beyond the completion period. In addition, no submission will be entertained after the scheduled learner's progress report online viewing.

B. Guidelines for IS Homeroom Christmas Party
1. The party is exclusive to IS students only. Since the pandemic is not yet over, making it short and simple yet meaningful is encouraged.
2. For Grades 4 – 12 and GROW, each class will use their assigned classrooms, while Grades 1 – 3 will use their respective RHGP Teams.
3. For grade levels holding the in-person party, they must observe the ALL-WINDOW- OPEN Policy.

5. Students MUST wear decent attire with their school ID. Wearing of the following is NOT allowed:
✓ Spaghetti straps
✓ Plunging neckline
✓ Tube
✓ Shorts
✓ Micro-mini skirts
✓ Hanging blouse/shirt/cropped top
✓ Slippers and alike
✓ Tank top/Sando
✓ Ripped jeans 6. Students are NOT allowed to wear excessive jewelry.
7. No money shall be collected by the Class Adviser. It is highly encouraged to ask for the help of Class Officers and/or Homeroom ISPA Officer/s.
8. Since we are still in a pandemic state, it is recommended to pre-pack the food/s in reusable or environment-friendly containers, ready for distribution.
9. There must be serving spoons and/or utensils for foods that are subject to sharing (e.g., party tray foods in bulk like pancit, spaghetti, etc.)
10. Inspecting foods before serving is encouraged, particularly those that can easily spoil.
11. Use of styro and wasting of food is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
12. Food Entry on December 16 is waived. However, students must log in all electronic equipment to be used as the sound system at the Entrance (Alpha) Gate.
13. Other activities/games may be undertaken, but with the monitoring and presence of the class adviser.
14. Since it is just a two-hour event, the class is encouraged to start on time to use the time provided fully. Also, the use of excessive equipment for the sound system is prohibited.
15. Students must always take precautions on the use of electricity and other liquids.
16. If the class has opted and agreed to conduct an “exchanging of gifts,” the amount should not exceed Php 300.00. If the parent/guardian wants/ allows to give a gift higher than the indicated amount, they may do so.
17. The class must clean up the classroom after the party, including Christmas decorations (if there are any). Observe proper waste disposal and clean-as-you-go (CLAY-GO).
18. Students are NOT allowed to stay on campus one (1) hour after their party. They must be fetched/go home right after the party.
