This program specifically aims to:
a. ensure inclusivity of Lasallian education by providing parents of Kinder to Grade 10 learners an option to educate their children at home;
b. offer continued access to a human and Christian Lasallian education to students who cannot go to school due to various circumstances.

To ensure the success of the program, learners shall have the following responsibilities:
a. access the online learning modules that will be provided by the school and accomplish the learning activities and assessments within the time frame set by the school and under the supervision of their parents/guardian;
b. participate in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities together with other learners, in line with the guidelines of the school and as may be permitted by their circumstances;
c. conduct themselves in accordance with the Lasallian code of behavior at all times.
Parents/Guardians of the Learner shall be the primary facilitator of the teaching-learning process, with the aid of but not limited to the learning resources that will be provided by the school. They shall carefully monitor the progress of their children, and assume the following responsibilities:
a. consider the best interest of their children and their views on their education, taking into account their age and maturity in deciding to enroll them in the HSP;
b. submit the required documents to facilitate the enrollment of their children to the HSP in relation to the required documents for verification;
c. prepare their children’s learning plan and learning schedule in accordance with the school’s academic calendar;
d. take primary responsibility in the education of their children by facilitating the learning tasks as indicated in their children’s learning plan;
e. ensure their children’s accomplishment of the formative and summative assessments, and guarantee submissions of outputs and results through the official platforms of the school;
f. coordinate with the school’s Home Study coordinator; and
g. coordinate and/or consult with the learner’s subject teachers as agreed upon and as needed.
What are the General Implementation Provisions that parents should be familiar with?
A. Parents/guardians shall be duly informed of the following considerations upon enrolling their children in the Home Study Program:
a. They are willing to assume responsibility for their children’s education at home and are capable of providing instruction to their children or are willing to hire a tutor to do so.
b. They adhere to the requirements in the implementation of the K to 12 Basic Education program.
c. They ensure the availability of learning materials and other supplementary materials at home.
d. They ensure the access of their children to the learning resources and assessments provided by the school, and the timely submission of the school requirements in line with the academic calendar.
e. They are trained with the school’s learning management system, and on assessment in the K to 12 Basic Education Program.
f. They adhere to the policy of zero tolerance for any form of child abuse, exploitation, discrimination, violence, bullying and other forms of abuse under DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2012 or theDepEd Child Protection Policy in managing the learning of their child/ward.
g. They shall coordinate with the school’s HSP Coordinator, who will monitor the HSP implementation, schedule conferences among the parents, learner, homeroom and subject teachers as needed, or conduct home visitation when necessary.
B. The learners under HSP shall be governed by the same academic policies and provisions for regular students.
C. The learners under HSP shall pay the same tuition and fees as the regular students.
D. Learners who are officially enrolled in the HSP may transfer or be reintegrated into a regular class, subject to endorsement by the Home Study Program coordinator and approval of the Assistant Principal.
E. Learners who are officially enrolled in the regular class and whose parents wish to transition them to the Homeschooling Program shall submit all the requirements to the HSP Coordinator for evaluation and processing, and endorse the same to the Assistant Principal for approval.
F. The HSP learners may use the equipment, devices and facilities of the school if these requirements are not met at home, in coordination with the HSP Coordinator for proper scheduling and guidance.
The application process of the HSP Program
For New Students
a. The applicant will create a DLSL Online Application Account here https://onlineadmissions.dlsl.edu.ph/
b. Upload the following digital copies of the requirements:
-2x2 Photo White Background with Name Plate at the bottom.
-PSA Birth certificate
-Interactive Recommendation Form (download here https://onlineadmissions.dlsl.edu.ph/assets/admission_recommendation_f orm.pdf) - give this to the school guidance counselor to accomplish.
c. The parent/guardian accomplishes the Home Study Program google form and print and fill-out the letter of intent(downloadable in the DLSL online application link https://onlineadmissions.dlsl.edu.ph/registration.php and to be uploaded in the google form)to have your child apply for the HSP of the school. Documents that prove the student's qualifications to the program must be uploaded as well in the google form.
d. If qualified for the HSP, the parents will sign the HSP Agreement.
e. The signed agreement shall be then submitted to the Office of the Registrar to proceed with the enrollment.
