Online Faculty Performance Faculty Evaluation, SY 2018-2019, Term 3 February 18, 2019 to March 8, 2019
To provide an objective assessment of our professors’ planning and preparation, classroom management,
instruction and professional responsibilities, the Online Faculty Performance Evaluation facility will be available on the following dates:
Basic Education Department: February 18 (Monday) to March 8 (Friday) Senior High School and
Tertiary Education Department: February 25 (Monday) to March 8 (Friday)
All students are required to go to www.ebalwasyon.dlsau.edu.ph within the two-week evaluation period. Failure to do so will result to students being blocked from viewing their grades. The facility can be readily accessed any time, from any desktop or mobile device, as long as it is connected to the Internet. In addition,
computers at the library can be used by students for the said purpose.
New TED and Graduate studies students are requested to get their official DLSAU email accounts from the Information Technology Center to be able to access the online evaluation facility.

EDSA Revolution Anniversary February 25, 2019
By virtue of Proclamation No. 555, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has declared February 25 (Monday) as a special non-working holiday throughout the country. This is in commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution.
As such, there will be no work and classes on Monday. Normal university operations and classes will resume on February 26 (Tuesday).
