Online Faculty Performance Evaluation, Term 1, SY 2019-2020 July 19, 2019 and August 15, 2019 to August 16, 2019
All Senior High School (SHS), Tertiary Education Department (TED), and Graduate Studies are reminded to evaluate their professors until July 19 (Friday), whereas Night College Program (NCP) students may do so on August 15 (Thursday) to 16 (Friday). The online faculty performance evaluation facility—which provides the university with an objective assessment of its faculty’s planning and preparation, classroom management,
instruction and professional responsibilities—can be accessed by logging in to www.ebalwasyon-shs.dlsau.edu.ph (for SHS students) and www.ebalwasyon.dlsau.edu.ph (for TED, Graduate Studies, and NCP students).
Students may access the facility using the official DLSAU email account at any time, from any desktop or mobile device, as long as it is connected to the internet. Please note that failure to evaluate your professors will result to you being blocked from viewing your grades.
In order to access the facility, new SHS, TED, Graduate Studies, and NCP students are advised to request for their official DLSAU email accounts from the Information Technology Center by emailing [email protected].

Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel July 16, 2019
The Lasallian Mission and Formation Office is inviting the community to attend the 12:00 NN Eucharistic Celebration and receive the sign of God’s grace through the Wearing of the Scapular on July 16 (Tuesday) at the University Chapel. Two thousand scapulars will be given to all attending Lasallians.

Application for Graduation July 31, 2019
To facilitate the processing of their scholastic records, all graduating students who wish to be considered as candidates for graduation for August 2019 are encouraged to file their application for graduation until
July 31
(Wednesday). Failure to do so will result to their application not being evaluated and them becoming ineligible for graduation.All applicants for graduation are strongly advised to make all necessary coordination with the Accounting Office for the immediate settling of all their financial accountabilities.
