The start of classes for Term 2 (September–December), SY 2019-2020 is on September 11 (Wednesday) for the Senior High School and Tertiary Education Department, and September 14 (Saturday) for Graduate Studies.

Processing of Payment to Suppliers, Replenishment Requests, and Liquidation Reports Starting September 2, 2019
In compliance to the our external auditor’s Fiscal Year 2019 Audit recommendations to improve our financial statement closing procedures, all concerned units and departments are advised to strictly observe and comply with the following:
Please be guided accordingly.
• Forwarding of the Payment Request Form, together with all supporting documents for said payment, within SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS to the Accounting Office after the complete delivery of the goods or services;
• Submission of the replenishment requests for revolving funds within SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS to the Accounting Office after the end of each month; and,
• Submission of Cash Advance Liquidations, together with the appropriate supporting documents, within TEN (10) WORKING DAYS to the Accounting Office after the date of the activity or use of the funds.
