NOTICE TO CONDUCT DIRECT CONTRACTING
MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING LAN-BASED ENROLLMENT SYSTEM AND PROCUREMENT OF ONLINE SYSTEM SERVICES

The BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY (BulSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to maintain the existing LAN-‐Based Enrollment System and procure Online System Services through Direct Contracting as an Alternative Mode of Procurement pursuant to BAC Resolution no. 2014-‐70 dated December 17, 2014.
The purchase shall be funded under the Use of Income F.Y. 2014 of APP 2014 and Supplemental (Batch 2) APP. The total contract amount is One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,650,000.00).
The Direct Contracting mode of Procurement shall be governed by Republic Act no. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations.
The supplier/ provider, who has propriety rights to the above-‐mentioned project, is invited to submit his proposal within seven (7) days from the posting of this notice at BulSU website and conspicuous places of the University.
Additional legal and financial documents to be submitted:
a.) Registration Certificate from SEC, DTI or CDA b.) Valid Mayor’s Permit
c.) Tax Clearance
d.) Latest Income and Business Tax Returns e.) Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration
Bulacan State University reserves the right to waive any informality or minor defects, and to accept the most advantageous offer.
BulSU shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated in the implementation of the Direct Contracting mode of procurement regardless of its result.
