The BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to participate in the RE-NEGOTIATION for the Procurement of 3 Units University Utility Van as specified in the attached Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 3,400,000.00)
The process for the negotiation procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by the R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the Bulacan State University – Bids and Awards Committee Office at Brgy. Guinhawa, City of Malolos, Bulacan from December 06 to 13, 2012 during regular office days, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Bulacan State University assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Moreover, the Bulacan State University reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposal at any time prior to contract award, waive any formality in the bid requirements, declare the bidding a failure, or award the contract to the bidder whose offer is the most responsive, lowest calculated bid, and most advantageous to the government.
