Employment satisfaction and the qualrty of working
life

the healthcare system has been often the aimed to be improved by the administrations. This study aims to look at the differences between genders and age when it comes to obtaining the employment satisfaction. Satisfaction for this matter can be influenced by factors that include job strain.It
