A. The MSU- Iligan Institute of Technology through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

LOT 1 – for CSM
Supply of labor and materials in the replacement of steel casement windows to analoc windows at Math & statistics Department at 2nd floor, CSM Building:
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Removal of steel casement windows.
2. Retouching and repainting of areas affected by the removal.
3. Installation of 6mm thick bronze glass sliding / fixed windows on 50mm x 100 tubular analoc frames. (Includes locks and keys – 29 units)
4. Clearing of areas after installation.
(please see attached sketch plan)
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Actual site inspection is highly recommended to get actual measurements and totality of work.
2. Secure site inspection certificate from PPD.
3. Contractor to supply labor and materials and should have appropriate tools, equipment, technical know-how & supervision necessary to complete the project.
4. Submit quotation to include: detailed bill of materials & total cost; detailed labor cost & no.
of days to complete.
5. Coordinate with PPD before the start of the project.
6. Have filed Accreditation from MSU-IIT Procurement Office.
ABC for Lot 1 ………PhP472,240.00 LOT 2 – for CASS
Supply of labor and materials in the improvement of Filipino and AVR at CASS Building.
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Removal of existing wooden wall.
2. Installation of 4” CHB walling. Includes plastering and smooth finishing and painting works.
3. Installation of granite floor tiles (600mm x 600mm) beige color.
(please see attached sketch plan).
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Inspection of the actual site of installation to get measurements and totality of work.
2. Secure site inspection certificate from MSU-IIT PPD Office.
3. Contractor to supply labor and materials and should have appropriate tools, equipment, technical know-how, supervision and necessary to complete the project.
4. Submit quotation to include: detailed bill of materials & total cost; detailed labor cost & no.
of days to complete.
5. Coordinate with PPD before the contractor starts the project.
6. Have filed Accreditation from MSU-IIT Procurement office.
ABC for Lot 2 ………..PhP185,000.00 B. Secure Checklist of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat Office after payment of the
non-refundable bidder’s fee. Accomplish the duly certified requirements in three (3) copies, and submit the same at the BAC Secretariat Office on or before the deadline set.

D. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to review the qualifications of a selected bidder, subject to technical and production criteria, reject any or all bids, waive any formality or defect therein and accept the offer considered most advantageous to MSU-IIT.
E. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, and equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC (For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies), Or contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC (For the procurement of Expendable Supplies).
F. The MSU-IIT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract awards without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
