There is no problem. FACTORS RELATED TO THE EFFICIENCY OF FALLS IN OLDER ADULTS WITH BREAST CANCER. The fall effectiveness in older adults is common and affects cancer treatment in older adults with breast cancer. This study is descriptive correlation research aimed at studying factors associated with fall effectiveness in older adults with breast cancer.
A sample of 97 older adults with breast cancer followed up at Phrapokkloa Hospital was selected by random sampling. Research Instrument Personal Data Interview, Perceived Health Status, Geriatric Depression Scale [GDS], Barthel ADL Index [BAI], Perceived Cancer Severity, Fatigue, Categorical Numerical Rating Scales [NRS], Modified Fall Efficiency Scale [MFES], and Perceived Ability Balance . Experience of falls, depression, stage of cancer, numbness of arms and legs, and perceived severity of cancer were not statistically significant for fall efficacy in older adults with breast cancer at 0.05 levels.
