本研究結果發現,雖然聲學判斷重度至極重度聽損者以及聽力正常者,朗讀時 吸氣位置的適當停頓時長閾值皆為200 ms;但是使用聲學方式判斷重度至極重度聽 損者朗讀時吸氣位置的偵測力,大於聽力正常者。顯示聽損者可能因說話呼吸控制 不佳,導致語句間所需的換氣準備時間較長,使得平均呼吸群間停頓時長較聽力正 常者長,較能正確排除低於200 ms的非實際吸氣位置,具有較高的特異度,使其 聲學判斷偵測力大於聽力正常者。據此推論,聽損所造成之言語障礙,反而可能造 成聽損者的朗讀短文言語作業,比聽力正常者較適合以聲學測量方式作為判斷吸氣 的位置。然而,即使所設定的停頓時長閾值為適當之停頓時長閾值,其正確率依然

無法到達90 %以上,仍會出現偽陰性或偽陽性,無法正確地分割呼吸群。因此,

聲學測量較適合作為粗略的大樣本組間差異比較性研究的吸氣位置判斷方式,較能 提高資料分析的效率,但若欲得到較為嚴謹的研究結果,建議以氣動學儀器或是呼 吸動力學的訊號判斷吸氣位置為較佳的方法。

機智的公雞

狗和公雞是好朋友,牠們相約去旅行,說好一路上都要彼此照顧、保護對方。
