摘要
In Taiwan, the unused campus issue is getting more and more serious because of high urbanization, post-disaster migration
and the declining birthrate. How to activating the idle space in campus becomes one of the important subjects of the implementation of
sustainable campus environment transformation and the development of sustainable education. This study inducts the types,
root-causes, reused models, impacts and importance of unused campus space through archiving, reviewing and investigating relevant
researches and their literatures. The basic idea and the feasibility of how to reuse are also investigated. Besides, on the topics of
execution, administration and finance shall be covered as well. Base on the results of this study, optimized solutions for reuse of the
idle campus space will be proposed as valuable reference for the government to formulate and implement relevant policy.
