另將生長曲線之最大菌落數與個別對應之

acetate-C 濃度,繪製圖 2

並求出

NOX 之產率,相關研究之產率整理如表 1

所示,由表中可發現本研究所得產率

值與

van der kooij et al. (1995)之研究結果值均屬視為在同級次方(order)範圍,表

示實驗之 QA/QC 應是值得信賴的。

本研究也利用

ATP

測定作為輔助,來觀察不同醋酸鈉濃度添加下

NOX

生 長曲線,取生長曲線之

ATP

最大值與對應的醋酸鈉濃度做率定曲線,結果顯示 如圖

3,r

值為

0.9923 顯示此方法為可行。

In this study, the growth yield of NOX, 3.82 CFU/µg acetate-C .was calculated by CFU versus sodium acetate-C. Compared with those values of literatures, same order was found in this experiment. It proved that the selection of source water , the procedure of experiment, and environment condition in our laboratory
