為NOX 菌種在不同醋酸鈉添加濃度下之生長曲線圖,由圖可知第 0
到5
天屬對數生長期,不同醋酸鈉濃度下NOX
皆快速增長,第5
天後低醋酸鈉濃 度開始進入平穩期,高醋酸鈉濃度則在第8
或10
天達到平穩期,無添加醋酸鈉 時NOX
僅利用原水中的有機質(NPDOC為0.7 mg/L),因此菌數較其他有添加
醋酸鈉者為低。另將生長曲線之最大菌落數與個別對應之
acetate-C 濃度,繪製圖 2
並求出NOX 之產率,相關研究之產率整理如表 1
所示,由表中可發現本研究所得產率值與
van der kooij et al. (1995)之研究結果值均屬視為在同級次方(order)範圍,表
示實驗之 QA/QC 應是值得信賴的。本研究也利用
ATP
測定作為輔助,來觀察不同醋酸鈉濃度添加下NOX
生 長曲線,取生長曲線之ATP
最大值與對應的醋酸鈉濃度做率定曲線,結果顯示 如圖3,r
值為0.9923 顯示此方法為可行。

In this study, the growth yield of NOX, 3.82 CFU/µg acetate-C .was calculated by CFU versus sodium acetate-C. Compared with those values of literatures, same order was found in this experiment. It proved that the selection of source water , the procedure of experiment, and environment condition in our laboratory
