• The results indicate an improvement in the student’s ability to “Demonstrate their knowledge and skills related to electrical engineering issues using appropriate learning strategies”. The actual attainment of this program learning outcome is 74%, which is above the benchmark (70%). This increase is of 13% over the performance in the same KPI last year.
• The department should encourage students to self-study from the recommended books and add more appropriate learning strategies such as Class discussions, Presentations and report writing.
This will also increase the soft skills amongst students.

The actual attainment of this program learning outcome is 75%, which is above the benchmark (70%). This increase is of 8% over the performance in the same KPI last year.
• Since this indicator mainly targeted at laboratory-based courses, performance in it suggests the need to improve laboratory facilities, including lab maintenance, upgrading/refurbishing available equipment, adequate provision of consumables, etc.
• The absence of enough lab technicians to support and guide students during lab sessions should be improved. Furthermore, lab technicians should be in sufficient number to assist students and lab instructor.

• This indicator is covered by the Graduation Project only and it shows that students have very good project management skills.

The actual attainment of this program learning outcome is 85%, which is above the benchmark (70%). This increase is of 19% over the performance in the same KPI last year.
• In order to further improve the performance indicator of this program learning outcome in terms of courses, it is recommended that some lab courses add mini-projects topics conducted by small groups of students (3 to 4 students per group). Such kind of assignment urge students to work as a team to accomplish the required tasks within the deadline.
